We the employees of IMPCO will constantly seek to improve quality at reduced costs, that still exceed the expectations of our customers. Will continuously improve the reliability, durability, and maintainability of our products. Will strive to deliver to our customers, defect-free products and services, on time and every time.

Our Apprenticeship Program

Earn US Department of Labor Journeyman Certification: “Experimental Product Engineering Layout and Assembly”.

Combination of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge gained.

So far we have maintained 100% retention in this 5 year old program, which is paid for in full by IMPCO.

Your training covered, plus you earn an hourly rate. Classes at Lansing Community College are paid for you.

We take 1-2 apprentices per year.
